Dr. Bernd Malmström

Dr. Bernd Malmstroem llegó a ser miembro de la Junta de Supervisión de la empresa en Diciembre de 2005 y elegido Presidente de la misma el 26 de Septiembre de 2006. El Sr Malmstroen estudió en las universidades de Kiel y Friburgo (Alemania), es doctor en Derecho y trabaja actualmente como abogado y consultor para Deutsche Bahn AG. Anteriormente ocupó diversas posiciones directivas en Deutsche Bahn AG, Stinnes AG, Schenker-Rhenus-Group y VEBA AG. El Sr. Malmstroem también forma parte de los Consejos de Administración de las siguientes compañías: BLG Logistics Group AG & Co. KG (Consejo Consultivo), Deutsche Afrika-Linien GmbH & Co. KG (Consejo Consultivo), DEVK-Versicherungen (Consejo Consultivo), Fraport AG (Consejo Consultivo hasta el 31 de Diciembre de 2009), HHLA Intermodal GmbH, K+S Aktiengesellschaft, Lehnkering GmbH, Stinnes Corporation New York (Presidente del Consejo Consultivo hasta el 31 de Diciembre de 2009) y Schwieizar Bindesbahn SBB AG (Consejo de Administración). Bernd Malmstroem ha sido llamado a formar parte de nuestro Supervisory Board por un periodo de cuatro (4) años y ha sido reasignado por otro período de cuatro (4) años el 27 de Marzo de 2009.
